小学5年生の江戸城本丸は、偶然魔法陣から魔法使い・タルるートを召喚してしまう。だが、タルるートの魔法は中途半端なモノばかりで、制御不能になることが多い。初回も、物に魂を吹き込む「まじっくん」で怪獣に意思を持たせ、危うく殺されかけてしまう。果たして、本丸は有意義な小学生ライフを送ることができるのか？
